This Chair Yoga Bundle includes five shorter, gentle chair yoga classes, designed to support mobility, flexibility, relaxation, and mindful movement. Each video can be enjoyed on its own or combined to create a longer practice that fits your schedule and energy level.

All practices are primarily seated in a chair, with a focus on accessible, feel-good movement and breath awareness.

For your safety, please use a sturdy chair, preferably one without armrests, and make sure it is placed on a surface where it will not slide. Have water nearby and take breaks or sips as needed.

As always, listen to your body, move within a comfortable range, and skip or modify anything that doesn’t feel right for you.
These practices are meant to be supportive, calming, and adaptable — meet yourself where you are each day.
