Please enjoy this 45–50 minute gentle chair yoga class.
This practice includes a combination of seated poses and optional standing movements.

For your safety, please use a sturdy chair, preferably one without armrests, and make sure it is placed on a surface where it will not slide.

As always, listen to your body, move within a comfortable range, and skip or modify anything that doesn’t feel right for you.
