Please enjoy this 45–50 minute Movement & Balance class.
This class focuses on gentle strength, coordination, and balance, with a mix of seated and standing movements.

For this class, you’ll want a sturdy chair (preferably without armrests and placed on a surface where it will not slide), two small hand weights or something similar, a resistance band, and a small playground-style ball.
If you don’t have these items, you are still welcome to participate — simply follow along without the equipment or modify as needed.

Please be sure to have water nearby and take sips as needed throughout class.

As always, move at your own pace, stay within a comfortable range of motion, and use your chair for support whenever needed.
Listen to your body and take breaks as necessary — balance work is meant to feel steady and safe, not rushed.
