Please enjoy this 45–50 minute Movement & Strength class.
This class focuses on building strength, improving mobility, and supporting everyday movement, with a mix of seated and standing exercises.

For this class, you’ll want a sturdy chair (preferably without armrests and placed on a surface where it will not slide), two small hand weights or something similar, and a resistance band.
If you don’t have these items, you are still welcome to participate — simply follow along without the equipment or modify as needed.

Please be sure to have water nearby and take sips as needed throughout class.

As always, move at your own pace, stay within a comfortable range of motion, and use your chair for support whenever needed.
Listen to your body and take breaks as necessary — strength work should feel challenging but safe, never painful.
