Enjoy gentle yoga, seasonal aromatherapy, a fun and simple craft, nourishing food, and meaningful moments shared in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Some of the most meaningful moments aren't always the ones on the schedule. They happen in shared laughter, quiet reflection, unexpected conversations, and simple acts of kindness. Our hope is to create a welcoming space where connection quietly grows in the spaces between the activities.
