This seated class focusing on gentle movements is particularly beneficial for individuals who prefer or require a seated position due to physical limitations or injuries. It provides an opportunity to engage in a mindful practice without putting strain on the body.

The combination of gentle movements, guided relaxation, and meditation creates a well-rounded experience. It allows participants to cultivate awareness, relaxation, and introspection. This class is particularly suitable for beginners who are new to yoga or meditation, as well as individuals who are recovering from injuries and need a gentle approach.

**STARTING IN AUGUST**

The last Wednesday of each month becomes a special occasion for participants as they will be treated to a mini sound bath. Sound baths can have a deeply relaxing effect on the body and mind, helping to release tension, reduce stress, and promote a meditative state. By incorporating this experience into the class, participants have the opportunity to further deepen their relaxation and connect with a different aspect of their inner selves. Sound baths typically involve the use of various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, or chimes, to create soothing and harmonious sounds that promote a sense of calm and well-being.
