A Spring Gathering with Kat & Jessie

After the long Western New York winter, Kat & I invite you to join us for a gentle morning of calming practices, meaningful connection, and quiet renewal.

This small gathering is intentionally limited to just 8 participants to create a peaceful, supportive atmosphere where we can slow down and reconnect—with ourselves and with one another.

Together we’ll share simple practices designed to help settle the nervous system and welcome the energy of spring. We hope that you will join us for this special morning!

Please note there are NO REFUNDS. This is a rain or shine event at a private residence. If weather permits, we will be outside when possible otherwise we will be inside! There are stairs to access the indoor area we would be practicing in and three friendly cats that may want to say hello!

This is our tentative schedule for the day......

Welcome Circle – 10:15 AM
A short opening to ground ourselves and set the tone for the morning.

Qi Gong with Kat – 10:30 AM
Slow, flowing movements to gently awaken the body and encourage energy to move freely.

Short Break – 10:50 AM

Chair / Mat Yoga with Jessie – 11:00 AM
A calming and accessible practice designed to stretch, soften, and release tension.
Weather permitting, we may practice outdoors.

Sound Bath & Deep Rest – 11:45 AM
Allow the body and mind to relax while being surrounded by soothing sound and vibration.

Tea & Connection – 12:00 PM
We’ll close our morning with tea, light refreshments, and time to connect together.

Participants will also receive a small mindfulness-inspired takeaway gift to continue the spirit of the morning at home.
